Each teacher with a Teacher Hub license gets a Zoe account with a set number of members they can invite. These members each represent a "student" headset (Meta Quest) with a Zoe account. Each of those student headset can be shared between student and classes, and access any workspaces set by the teacher.

Teachers schedule device usage throughout the day (cart system, rotation, or VR lab).

Simply log into your replacement headset. Or purchase an additional license if you're expanding your hardware.

Teachers can either work in separate Hubs or coordinate in joined Hubs. Even if sharing the same pool of student headsets, they have total control over the way they want to share each workspaces (or classes).

It depends on your teaching style. Here are some examples:

• Stations/Rotations: 5-8 devices for a 20-30 student class
• Small Groups: 3-5 devices for focused activities
• Demo/Lab: 10-15 devices for simultaneous use across multiple periods

Most schools find that 1 device per 3-4 students works well with rotation schedules. When designing an experience, there's plenty of other tasks to be done outside the headset (scenario, sketches, storyboard, etc).
